Position Overview:
As a Senior Home Assessment Consultant, you’ll be the primary point of contact for homeowners seeking comprehensive home evaluations. You’ll conduct thorough inspections, identify potential issues, and develop customized solutions to improve home health, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed home assessments, focusing on moisture control, HVAC systems, and structural integrity
  • Create comprehensive reports with clear, actionable recommendations for homeowners
  • Educate clients about home maintenance best practices for Houston’s unique climate
  • Develop customized maintenance plans based on each home’s specific needs
  • Build lasting relationships with clients as their trusted home care advisor
  • Stay current on industry standards and best practices through continuous education

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in home inspection, building sciences, or related field
  • Knowledge of residential construction, HVAC systems, and moisture management
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Certification in home inspection or related field preferred

Home Care Specialist

Position Overview:
As a Home Care Specialist, you’ll help homeowners implement the recommendations from our assessment team. You’ll provide hands-on assistance with preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and system optimizations to create healthier home environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute preventative maintenance tasks based on assessment reports
  • Perform basic repairs and improvements to home systems
  • Install and maintain humidity control systems, ventilation improvements, and other home health solutions
  • Document work completed and explain maintenance procedures to homeowners
  • Identify additional areas of concern and communicate them to the assessment team
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in home maintenance, handyman services, or related field
  • Working knowledge of residential systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • HVAC certification or related technical training preferred
